Just perfect
I booked paragliding through them, so they called the pilot and he came to pick me up from the hotel for free. The staff there was so helpful and they cooperated with us while we were checking out and waiting for the bus that will pick us up.
One more thing, they provided us an early dinner at 4 pm as we had to check out early at that time to catch our flight, although the dinner was from 6 pm till 8 pm and guess what, they made sure to prepare Halal food for us
If you are visiting Gudauri, staying there is a must ❤️

Cold, icy floors, noisy, all broken and torn off
2. It's chilly, there's cracks in the windows with a finger
3. It's impossible to sleep in the lobby at night watching the projector
4. Everything stale and old
5. Heaters not working
6. Ice floors. Unable to remove shoes
7. Barking dogs all the time - the little one lives right in the hotel. I mean inside!
8. Nothing is provided to dry the ski gear

Not a bad hotel
We were a group of 6 and we got 3 rooms. Each room is clean, has mother basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, and an electronic safe.
There is no iron and the beds are singles but are pushed together to make a bigger bed.
The view is great from the balcony. We stayed on the third floor. This hotel has no elevator so you have to take the stairs every time. It's not that bad to be honest.
It has a restaurant and bar. Even though the restaurant closes at 8pm, you can still eat at the bar. They have hot dishes and bbq food so it's good enough for late night snacks.
For all 6 of us, it ended being around 50-60 GEL in total for food. Alcohol and drinks not included. But each beer is around 3-5 GEL.
You can ask reception for a taxi to get to the ski resort or ski lift. It only takes around 5 minutes.

All those stairs and no elevator ?
Staff were unfriendly.
They should have someone carry the suitcases up for free - charged us for it. they have a winch and a sourfaced guy for that....
Everything - rooms, lobby and dining room - smelled of smoke.
We came by bus - there is no parking and the driver had to back up to drive in and out of the hotel entrance.
All of the stairs ( no elevator!!!!) were steep and narrow - very uncomfortable.
