AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The welcome was very cold, the owner was not friendly, not smiling, not warm, without the slightest effort to put the guests at ease and satisfy her guests. A professional and friendly welcome is, however, the basis of the hotel business.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs... No, not because of the hotel itself, but because of the owner of this establishment. A person who is as unpleasant as possible and who does not know the word "customer-oriented." I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, the weekend of July 14th, and I wanted to enjoy the pool on the day of my departure; a flat refusal from the owner, under the pretext that there were not enough lounge chairs, knowing that I had indicated to her that I would have lunch at her hotel. So, faced with her refusal, I went to have lunch elsewhere and I left her hotel. I still stopped by in the afternoon, and guess what? There was no one around or in the pool.
I am over 50 years old, I spend my life in hotels because of my job, and well, it is the 1st time that I have encountered this situation...
So believe me, if you wish to have a good time in a hotel in Sanary, avoid this establishment and its owner...

Top-notch!

Excellent welcome. Very beautiful pool and outdoor garden. One does not necessarily expect this when arriving. Very well-located establishment. We will return!!!!

An enchanting stay.

Charming hotel with good-sized rooms featuring impeccable bedding and a comfortable bathroom. The room is cleaned every day. The patio and the pool area are cozy, elegant, and serene; in short, perfect for a moment of relaxation. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from Portissol beach.
But what makes the stay at the hotel so pleasant is the warm welcome from the owners, who are attentive to their guests: from bottles of water in the minibar to the hearty breakfast, along with the little touches (breakfast served earlier to be helpful, information about Sanary....) in short, a wonderful place where we had a fantastic stay.
