Very good

Very good value for money. The breakfast very hearty , varied savory and sweet. Welcome very well. If we return to Montpellier, we will return without hesitation. 50 at night and 14 at breakfast.

Very disappointing for a three-star hotel

Does not deserve three stars!
We had booked for a two-night stay.
You arrive at the hotel, and already the glass on the front door is broken and not replaced.
Reception was just okay. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM and still had to wait an hour to get into it.
We had a room on the second floor. Arriving in the hallway, there was no ceiling; all the electrical wires, pipes, and conduits were exposed.
The carpets are worn out and need to be replaced.
The bedding is not of good quality, low-end.
On the second day, after leaving our room around 10:30 AM, we had requested that it be cleaned during our absence. Upon our return at 4:00 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned, and the towels hadn't been changed!
Either there is a lack of staff, or this staff is not organized.
Restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay, but we have experienced better in establishments with fewer stars.
The ground floor decor is pleasant, but it isn't everything.
You can find better for less.

A stay close to disaster.

We left as a couple for 3 nights. The place was extremely poorly frequented, with incessant noise from 7 AM to midnight. A very poorly soundproofed room, a cold reception, and no cleaning during our stay (only the trash and towels were changed). And the cherry on top, children playing with the elevator for over two hours without any intervention from the front desk staff. Despite this, the hotel is a 15-minute drive from the beach and close to the tram. Commercial spaces are also nearby, and comfortable bedding is provided. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to relax.

Fine, but... it'll all depend on the waitress...

We (group of 10) just had dinner last night at this property.
Good meal (main course + dessert + wine 27€ / person)
The only downside is service.
We had two waitresses:
-the first very professional
-the second opposite the first. As a result of his attitudes and reflections, it is easy to see who does not want to do this work. If she changes jobs, it will be much better for the institution. Establishment, which, incidentally, having been there several times is very good.

Excellent stay

Housed for 2 nights in this hotel a bit old very clean (and very convenient by its location and the presence of free parking) the staff was friendly. The breakfast more than hearty. We will gladly return!
