Complaint concerning my stay ( 04/04 , 05/04 )
Following the bad experience I had in your hotel this weekend, I would like to address this complaint to you to express my dissatisfaction.
The room allocated to me had an unbearable noise, preventing me from sleeping at night. I tried to report this problem, but there was no one left at the reception after 10pm.
As a result, I did not stay the second night at the hotel and had to stay with a friend. However, it seems to me that a minimum of comfort, including a quiet room allowing you to rest, is essential.
The next day (Easter Monday), when I returned to collect my belongings and check out, I explained the situation to the person present at the reception. She did not offer me any solution, stating that she was not responsible and was only filling in for the holiday.
I invite you to check, via the room data assigned to me, that I did not occupy the second night. In addition, I have a recording attesting to the noise suffered during the first night.
In view of these facts, I ask you to deal with my complaint and proceed to the refund of the second night, which I was not able to benefit from. The situation encountered during the first night is also unacceptable for an establishment of your standing.

Hotel dangerous in the evening because aggressive and insulting night watchman
But then the worst happens.
Barely 15 minutes after entering the room, the night watchman comes knocking violently on the door with a clearly threatening attitude to tell me that I am not allowed to speak in the room because it disturbs other guests.
I'm just saying I wasn't talking loud.
When I calmly replied that I was in my room and not making excessive noise, he replied “shut the ***** up and go back to your room.”
Totally unacceptable, aggressive and intimidating behaviour by a hotel employee.
Faced with his threatening attitude, I had to call the police, who advised me to stay in the room and file a complaint the next day.
Paying €80 a night to wait 30 minutes on arrival and get insulted and threatened by the staff is unacceptable.
If you care about your safety and a minimum of respect, I strongly advise against this hotel.

A person who returns to the outer terminal and does not do his job.
He left us outside at midnight without trying to help us.
