Very nice hotel. The pool and the grounds are great.
Was disappointed that the spa was for an additional charge.
The paid breakfast is basic, dinner at the attached restaurant is disappointing

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was awaiting a letter to arrive that had to be signed for and they were great about it. They said they were happy to help me and they successfully received and signed for the letter. They were nice whenever we needed anything, like pool towels or umbrellas. The room was very comfortable. We loved having air conditioning and the little patio outside the room was lovely. We spent some time enjoying the pool and also the spa. The spa has wonderful facilities! The breakfast was nice as well and the best part was that parking was free and easy!

Excellent.

I had the chance to spend 3 days at this farmhouse. I loved the pool. The rooms with a terrace and the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was a treat.

Sleepless night because of red ants everywhere on the bed and in the room, no compensation offered

We had a very difficult night at this hotel with our tiny 2-month-old baby because we had to change rooms in the middle of the night at 4 a.m. after realizing that what was biting us and keeping us from sleeping in the bed were actually red ants!
There were some everywhere in the room, we had to check all our belongings and reopen all our bags before leaving, really convenient with a baby at the same time.
We therefore stayed awake from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. in total, the time to realize the problem, find staff available to help us, and move everything. We were in a lower-standard room: we were downgraded.
At the time of check-out, the problem had been reported to the front desk staff, but no compensation was offered to us, of course. We had to ask for a gesture, and after long minutes, we were offered breakfast, not the bottle of water from the minibar, and certainly no compensation for having been downgraded, and incidentally, for not having been able to sleep because of the hotel's cleanliness. The staff did, however, say that it was a known problem and that they were trying to deal with it... good luck to the next ones!

A JOY. Reception was perfect, and the massage with SANDY was exceptional.

I was very warmly welcomed this morning at the spa.
The pool and cold bath, as well as the sauna and steam room, prepared me for what was next.
The massage with Sandy was exceptional; she possesses all the qualities of a professional. It is a pleasure, a relaxation, a moment of letting go.
