This is a very nice and friendly hotel while being very simple. Not enough food options around particularly on Sunday.

We will not come back...

A hotel and a room that have nothing of a 3-star “Privilege” ...
On the occasion of the 666 Festival, we came to sleep in this hotel. I myself am surprised to have to put a negative review given all the positive reviews that I have seen regarding the Henri IV hotel on Tripadvisor.
Most :
- The bedding is of good quality
- The room is rather cute but not worth the price (Double Privilege €90)
- Location in relation to the Festival (13.5km)
- The place is quiet and pleasant despite the nearby station.
The lessers :
- No reception from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday (so no physical reception for us who arrived around 3 p.m.).
- The cleanliness of the bathroom (see photos).
- The friendliness/professionalism of the staff, particularly at the time of check-out.
Indeed, just before leaving the room we received a call from reception at 11:03 a.m. informing us in a dry and cold tone that we had to check out the room as quickly as possible (check-out being at 11:00 a.m.). We just felt like we were in the way. The receptionist was afraid that we had left without paying.... Upon arriving at reception, we were not asked at all how our stay was. The only words from the receptionist were "hello, the room has not been paid for, that's so much with taxes" (pay and leave).
Once again, we had the feeling of being in the way and having to leave the place as quickly as possible. We are very disappointed with our experience at the Henri IV Hotel.

Checking in at 1:30 in the morning .. everything was fine. The young man was extremely helpful in assisting me when th the paid parking .. above and BEYOND!

Great value for money

Lovely hotel in great location.Check in was swift and we recieved nice welcome. All our res were honoured quickly. Room was spotless and comfortable with nice blackout blinds for nice sleep. Breakfast was lovely and quite exceeded expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
