The hotel is in an excellent location, although taxis are not permitted to stop directly outside the property, requiring about a three-minute walk to the designated pick-up and drop-off point. The hotel was very clean and, although the fridge in my room did not work, the staff replaced it promptly. The air con was excellent and kept the room very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, including storing my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was definitely on the small side, and the hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast or many other amenities. Overall, it was a clean, well-managed hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay there again.

Great Hotel, lovely staff
Lovely hotel with cute sitting areas in the lounge, reading area and computers to use in these areas. The room was clean and tidy, the staff very helpful. they have a recommended restaurant eating list which we made use of and were very impressed. The water is on tap in the lobby where you can fill bottles for your room with chilled water. Lovely stay.Location was perfect, close to the centre so easy access to the city. breakfast on the first floor was delicious.

Room was clean the bathtub was to high and with a fix glass hard to get in especially for my wife.Breakfast was ok . The staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay. The rooms were exactly as expected, and even felt a bit roomier than many French hotel rooms. The front desk staff were excellent — very helpful and patient, especially with booking taxis and vans for us multiple times during our stay. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, right in the middle of everything, but still felt quiet and calm once we were inside. A great base for exploring Bordeaux.

Nice, central hotel
Fantastic location: In a very quiet side street but literally only 30 meters from the main pedestrian street (Rue Sainte Catherine).
Everywhere the hotel is nice and clean, but our room war certainly not the biggest, we've ever had!
Unfortunately, it had the strange French setup with a separate room with a toilet bowl and a roll of toilet paper - nothing else. When you want to wash your hands, you have to open two doors to get into the room with toilet sink and shower.
Even if I were to live to be 130 years old, I will NEVER learn to understand this unhygienic stupidity!
The breakfast is good with a fair variety, but actually the bread quality could easily be improved!
The staff is nice and helpful, but keeping the infamous French distance.
