But every once in a while, you experience a place where the people make the entire stay feel completely different — where hospitality goes beyond service and becomes something personal, warm, and genuinely meaningful.
For us, that was Raffles Makati.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we said goodbye, we were surrounded by people who made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued. Elegant, outstanding service, home away from home
Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Outstanding service from the check in process to the butler service ( best feature of this hotel) to housekeeping. Very quiet; elegant hotel; and very personalized service. Everyone is so responsive and helpful from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. Staff greet you by your name. Problems are quickly addressed. Will be retuning next month for another extended stay.

One of a kind experience
We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati while celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful anniversary surprises, every detail made us feel truly cared for. The butler service was exceptional, especially Butler Eva and Isah, who were always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. We also appreciated the early check-in accommodation, the beautiful suite, the relaxing afternoon tea at Writers Bar, and the excellent breakfast at Mirèio. Thank you to the entire Raffles Makati team for making our celebration so special. We look forward to returning in the future.

The BEST
It is amazing to go from a "dive resort" to a well-deserved luxury. The staff is impeccably trained and will do whatever is necessary to make the stay pleasant. The rooms take one back intime with untold elegance and voices of those that have stayed. Our only regret is that we never have more than a day to enjoy this experience. We had to leave early and asked for a "continental breakfast." What a feast and at the exact time. Upon checkout, Gloria was amazing for so early in the morning. Her smile radiated and had a genuine care for us. The people are kind and courteous. I couldn't recommend a finer hotel.
