Upon check in, the room I reserved 2 months ago wasn't available. The person that checked us in didn't make that clear until we came back down and then offered us a 50 dollar credit. I booked a suite so we would have a larger balcony and a couch to relax on. The room they gave us did not have those things. The coffee maker in our room was difficult to get to because of how it's plugged in and when we finally opened it, it was filthy with an old coffee pod still in it. All the trash cans on the premises were full the whole time we were there. The outside dog area trash can was over flowing. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

What a fabulous place to stay in Spokane. Right across from riverfront park and on the other side of riverfront is an incredible downtown area easing walking around for shopping and eating. Love this area so much. Will be back. Special shoutout to Ahmad he went above and beyond

Only complaint, the show wasn’t properly cleaned. It still had a blue hair conditioner streak on the wall of the shower. Other than that the room was great!

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, half of the lights in our bathroom were burned out and we were only given one large and two small hand towels for two people. The location was very convenient.
