Clean unit in a safe area in close proximity to Pike Place market. Not the fanciest hotel but was great for a girls weekend trip

Well if you drive and need to park your vehicle, it’s $45 a day and you have to park your car in a garage down in the garage a block away, then walk up a big hill when you come out of said parking garage, not really feasible when you’re handicapped…then no heat in the room, and the front desk said they send a heater up with a staff member, well that didn’t happen and we mentioned it on more than one occasion. Now I like the “old school” hotels but paying almost $800 for a 3 night stay and no heat was absurd and the kid at the front desk was of no help anytime it was brought up about the heat!! Oh and don’t get me started on the shower, the shower neck was able to be moved in and out of the wall, and trying to figure out where hot and cold is in the knob..good luck..it was a crap shoot each time. Anyways if you decide to stay here don’t expect to have heat and enjoy the hike if you’re parking overnight!

They over booked. I booked the superior double room,2 double beds . On 8/23/26 - 8/24/26 one night before the cruise. But when I checked in they give for me the small room with 1 king bed and extra one folding bed . But I don’t think has enough room to put out the folding bed. I call lobby tell them to remove the folding bed. The bathroom was very tinny between the sink and the toilet . I don’t want it. And they said sorry because they over booked and don’t have other room for me . They offer 20% of the money I paid, I have no choice I said ok . When I checked out next day I asked about 20% different they said they did send the refund to hotel. Com. But today 9/5/26 i chat with customer service they didn’t see anything from the hotel EXECUTIVE HOTEL PACIFIC and they call back to the hotel to talk about it no one answered. if you in the future booking this hotel has been call or confirm with them first for your room .

Great price for the location. Bed was big and comfortable, room was quiet and cold. We were in a corner room so the hallway door opens to the bathroom and toilet. The toilet and shower were cramped, so it felt like using a restroom on an airplane. The staff extended our checkout by an hour but the system still locked us out at the original time, so that was frustrating. Overall though, the price was worth the stay for the GREAT location.
