Great service
Our second time in this hotel. It was again a great stay. Our view was fantastic. The service was great. The room was spacious and always clean. All of the staff were friendly.

Shocking and Unprofessional Behavior
During a business event at this hotel, we witnessed a situation that created a very negative and uncomfortable atmosphere.
We observed a staff member being loudly and aggressively spoken to by a banquet manager in front of guests. The interaction was clearly audible and visibly disruptive, and it negatively impacted the overall environment of the event.
As guests, we found the behavior completely unprofessional. The incident involved a server who appeared to be treated in a disrespectful manner during service.
We later asked about the situation out of concern and were told the manager responsible for banquet operations was involved, and that her name was reportedly Marcy (Banquet Mananger).
The atmosphere created by this interaction was inappropriate for a hospitality setting and left a strong negative impression on the event experience.
Based on what we personally observed and heard, this does not reflect the standards expected in a professional hotel environment. It affected our perception of the venue and its management culture.
We would be hesitant to return or recommend this venue for future business events unless meaningful changes are made.

Good stay but I had a bathroom door that was stuck everytime it was closed. Told the front desk about it, and nothing was done about it for my short stay

Fabulous centralized location. A bit pricey, but what isn't in a big city these days. Check in was a breeze and they were able to provide early check in for us so we could get to our 1 pm event on time. Beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Air Con was working well on a hot day, bed was very comfy and hotel was very quiet for sleeping. Lots of hustle and bustle on the first floor with great people watching. Hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Our only downside was that the valet did not follow the instructions of the bellman who requested our car be brought out front for pick up. We waited 30 minutes when the valet finally called again only to find out it was waiting for us at another location. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience.

We had a room on the top floor over looking the river. So beautiful. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered every thing you could want. Loved the location as well. Will definitely stay again
