very nice and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, rich breakfast and included in the price. top location in the historic center 2 steps from all monuments. room with private bathroom very nice, minimal. Andalusian style. terrace

Unacceptable sanitary conditions

The situation in the room was unsustainable: Lack of hygiene: black mold in the bathroom, widespread dirt, insects and even pigeon feathers. Lack of ventilation: The room and bathroom share the same air, without any ventilation. In a bedroom of 10 people, with bunk beds glued together, the air quickly becomes unbreathable. Constant discomfort: they were carrying out works that filled the room with a burning smell. Wi-Fi does not work in rooms

The Worst Hostel in the World

During my stay, I had an extremely disappointing experience. The reception was arrogant, the rooms were tiny, and the price was far too high for what we got. Both the rooms and the bathroom were dirty and cramped. When I arrived, there was another guest speaking with the police, which gave a very bad impression of the hostel environment. After I complained, they replied in an aggressive tone, all in capital letters, and it was clear that the hostel only cared about the money. I strongly do not recommend this place.

A Disappointing Stay Despite a Great Location

Great location and vintage atmosphere but that is where the positives end.
The hostel had dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom, no lockers for valuables, and fewer sockets than beds in the room. The toilet is right next to the room and noisy around the clock. WiFi did not reach the room. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
For the price, none of this is acceptable. You are paying for the postcode, not the experience.

Negative experience

Without wanting to get too angry:
quality / price ratio excessively negative, old structure without elevator and with a bathroom, no bidet, dilapidated, also breakfast to forget.
The only fantasy is that it is located in the city center and therefore convenient to reach the most important monuments.
With what we spent, we could've done much better.
Not recommended.
