First time in Seville

Bad service

It is unacceptable to take an hour and a half to bring the car, especially without saying anything about the delay, and when we asked, they told us it was on its way, which was a lie.

Good hotel in the center

Extremely good hotel in the middle of the center. Most of the sights are within walking distance. Friendly staff, good and clean rooms and the breakfast is great.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Seville

I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The building is beautiful, with a peaceful inner courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast each morning, or you can choose to eat in the air-conditioned dining room if you prefer. There is also a stylish and comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations and advice about what to see and do in Seville. On my last day, they kindly looked after my luggage after I had checked out, which made a huge difference. I was able to enjoy a few more hours wandering around beautiful Seville without having to carry my bags.
The location is excellent, just behind the Plaza de Toros and only a short walk from the stunning Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar. Everything I wanted to visit was within easy walking distance.
Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely selection of Spanish foods that gave me a real taste of the local cuisine. My room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character.
This hotel made my visit to Seville even more special. From the beautiful surroundings and delicious food to the genuine hospitality, it gave me a real feel for Spanish culture. I left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend it.
