Perfect apartment in Seville

Met on arrival, kindly allowed us off paying the supplement for arrival after 9pm as it was 15mins after!! (flight was slightly late) Excellent apartment in a great location as others have said! Walking distance to the centre, 5 mins from Metropol Parasol which we could see from our bedroom window. Bit of street noise first night but it was a weekend and we found it very quiet after that. Supermarket less than 50 metres away and bars and restaurants all very close by!! The apt was well equipped and very clean. Loved the outdoor terrace which we used every evening with it being hot while we were there. Highly recommend

Good apartment but no view (daylight only)

The location is fine, and everything was well clean. The private terrace and the view we had specially booked on disappointed us. We were on the 1st floor and had to go to the 3rd floor for the terrace with high walls. From the apartment no view, only daylight. There are 3 windows, but then you overlook your own apartment and a blind wall. The apartment is a U-shape which borders the staircase. The bed slept well, and the shower was fine with plenty of towels. The air conditioning was broken, but was repaired immediately the next day. You reach the complex via an alley. Every day there was a tramp at the front door, which did not bother us. A shop within 30 meters and many good restaurant nearby.

A TOTAL FIASCO - THEY CAN'T DELIVER SOMETHING THAT WAY

DISASTROUS... It is located at 55 Alfonso XII Street. In the Old Town.
They are very meticulous with the shapes but when it comes to proceeding they leave a lot to be desired. The apartment has been renovated. It has well-designed equipment but unfortunately it has major humidity problems. The smell of humidity is tremendous as is the smell of sewer. The floor is deformed by humidity for this reason the bathroom door DOES NOT CLOSE: you already knew this... The person who received us was upset to let us know that it was not in good condition. In the bedroom on the right side of the bed there is also a lot of musty smell... Therefore I recommend looking for another option...

Ottima struttura al centro, letti comodi , l' accoglienza dell' host è stata fantastica, nell' appartamento abbiamo trovato cialde per il caffè e una torta tipica locale.
