Not to recommend
From the beginning this accommodation has left something to be desired. They have a very strict check-in and sanctions policy in which they charge you if you are late from the indicative arrival time that you have provided and they greatly limit your arrival and departure times. As there is neither reception nor left luggage, they do not give you any assistance if something unforeseen arises or you arrive at a different time.
At the time of check-in, no one from the reservations staff was there to greet us and it had to be done by the cleaning employees, who were very friendly, but since that was not their function, it was evident that there was a certain lack of control. In addition, it was very difficult to contact reservations because they almost never answer the phone, so if you have a problem, there is no one to help you.
Regarding the room, although it was the same as in the photos, what I have to add is that it was dirty. The tea cups that were used as amenities had traces of other uses, the taps had traces of lime on them and there were corners in the bathroom that were pure terror. In addition, there was a very strong musty smell that, of course, we could not communicate.
It is offered as a modern accommodation, but the wifi did not work for us and no one helped us solve the problem; and there were only two sockets in the entire room, which with the bedside lamps were already occupied.
The last thing I have to add is that it is a room that is poorly prepared for winter, difficult to heat and where it gets cold.
I definitely don't recommend it.

Overpriced for what it offers
Luckily we went to visit this house on Monday, a day on which entry is free. Nothing exciting, having had to pay for it it wasn't worth it. Many attractions in Seville are overpriced.

Contratamos la habitación Doble DELUXE, según las condiciones, con terraza y 25 metros Cuadrados. Según las fotografías y las condiciones TIENE terraza PRIVADA, cual fue nuestra decepción al ver la habitación y ver que nada tenia que ver, la habitación se correspondía, por las fotografías de booking, a la habitación doble SUPERIOR, de 20 metros cuadrados y acceso a una terraza común, que no privada. Lo comunicamos a los responsables, sacando pelotas fuera y diciendo que no teníamos razón incluso se me llego a decir que ellos no eran responsables si Booking había enlazado mal las fotografías.
Entiendo que hay un error, un cruce de fotos y condiciones entre la habitación doble superior y deluxe, pero nosotros no somos responsables, sino los gestores del alojamiento. Muy poca pro-actividad de ellos para encontrar la fuente de error y muy pocas ganas de encontrar una solución.
Según la pagina web, el alojamiento dispone de desayuno, pero no se nos planteo la opción de poder desayunar ningún día, lo hubiéramos agradecido el día de la salida.
No se hace la habitación cada día (quizás esto es error nuestro al imaginar que si, y no ser así).
Y por favor, no me conteste, como en la otra pagina web de opiniones, diciendo que contratamos un bed and breakfast, ya que mi queja no se centra en eso, si no en el error de la habitación. Sobre el desayuno USTEDES lo OFRECEN en la web. Y sobre la limpieza, como ya comento en el comentario, podría ser un error mio al entender que se daba y no era así.

Pulito ma niente colazione
La ragazza che ci ha accolto parlava italiano e ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il ceck alle 14 anziché alle 15, inoltre se ne avevamo bisogno potevamo lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e riprenderli in un secondo momento senza supplemento. Ci ha inviato su w.app i luoghi di interesse e dove andare a mangiare. La camera era piccola ma pulita e all'ingresso della struttura c'è un loggiato spazio comune dove poter fumare e stare seduti.
Non ci ha registrato quindi tutto al nero e nonostante fosse un b&b non ci ha parlato della colazione che siamo dovuti andare a farla al bar. ASSURDO
