Olé, olé y olé

Apartamentos bien ubicados, a veinte minutos de la catedral andando, barrio muy tranquilo. Bonita decoración. Mobiliario y menaje suficiente. El día de la salida permitieron q dejásemos las maletas un ratito más, ya que no se iba a alojar nadie en esa fecha.

Buen apartamento y gran ubicación pero mantenimiento deficiente

La ubicación es casi ideal: sin saturación turística y a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla andando. Con un precio equilibrado, son apartamentos bien concebidos y diseñados: el nuestro tenía tres habitaciones dobles amplias, cada una con su baño. Más para 6 personas que para las 7 que anuncian y cobran.
Lástima que el mantenimiento sea tan deficiente: la limpieza es manifiestamente mejorable; el wifi, lo mismo y los baños acumulan cierta mugre en ranuras, recovecos y rincones, además de que algunas puertas cierran mal.
Recomponer y adecentar todo ello no debe costar demasiado: la codicia es enemiga de los negocios que dependen de la satisfacción del cliente.
