Simply fantastic.
We are a group of Hickory Golf who spent 5 days at the Perelada Wine Spa & Golf. A beautiful hotel with great rooms and very friendly, attentive staff who were always helpful. We dined at the hotel twice. A menu for groups including wine and beverages. It was heavenly. Classics creatively reinterpreted, as we had never enjoyed before. 5*+. The entire group felt at home. The golf course is very well-maintained, varied, and wonderfully integrated into the landscape. From the pro shop to the caddie master, we were well taken care of here as well. We will definitely come back. Whether alone or as a group.

A very unpleasant stay and far below what I expect from a five star hotel.
I don’t know if the problem is that I’m used to staying in truly five-star and very high-end hotels and therefore I’m especially demanding, or if this hotel simply doesn’t meet the standards that such an establishment should offer. My experience, unfortunately, has been very unpleasant.
There are many details that do not correspond at all to a five-star hotel. Toilet paper is recycled, rough and of very low quality. The same goes for napkins and paper towels, also recycled and of a very poor quality.
In the minibar we find expired juices, something I consider especially serious and unacceptable in any hotel, and even more so in one of five stars. There were also Frit Ravich brand potato chips, products that are commonly found in any supermarket or neighborhood store and that, in my opinion, are not up to the category and positioning that the hotel intends to have.
The bedding was dirty, stained enough and very wrinkled. As for the decor, I understand that they want to offer a casual and relaxed style, but many of the furniture and decorative elements convey a low quality feeling, with hollow wooden furniture and finishes that do not correspond to what one expects from an establishment of this level.
Another aspect that surprised me a lot was the lack of waiter service in the pool. If a guest wants a drink, they have to get up, come to the bar and order it personally. In addition to not being a five-star service, I believe that with this operation the hotel itself misses billing opportunities. Good pool service should be attentive, proactive and attentive to the needs of guests.
I found the spa very basic and the massage rooms were excessively hot. What surprised me the most was that the same spa workers also picked up sun loungers, glasses and other items from the pool. Afterwards, sweaty from working outside, they used the same clothes to perform treatments and massages. I believe that this does not convey the hygiene, image or level of professionalism that the spa of a five-star hotel should offer.
Restaurants had the air conditioning exaggeratedly cold, to the point of being uncomfortable. Breakfast was generally fine, but I claimed twice because the granola coconut clearly tasted old and stale. They told me it was okay and, despite my claim, they didn't change it.
The most positive point of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Generally speaking they were very friendly, especially the reception team, the breakfast waiters and the staff of the bar outside, who are the same employees. That's why I think the hotel should hire more staff. On several occasions, it seemed that the same people had to do too much work and were constantly running around.
With a larger workforce, today’s workers would be able to offer much more personalized, cared-for care that meets the standards of a true five-star hotel.
In short, my disappointment comes not from a single problem, but from the accumulation of many small and large details unbecoming of an establishment of this category. When you book and pay for a five-star hotel, you expect certain standards of quality, service, hygiene, product and attention to detail. In my stay, unfortunately, those standards were not met.
I sincerely hope that the management will take these criticisms constructively, because the hotel has potential and has friendly staff, but needs to improve considerably many aspects to offer a truly five-star experience that it advertises.

A nice hotel and golfresort to visit
Great Hotel, with great service and hospitality! Nice rooms.
Good restaurant with nice food and some good wine from Peralada!
The course is good and the greens were great. I would recommend golfers to visit this hotel and golf resort.

A lovely place.
Fabuloso.
Stayed 3 nights and played golf three times, twice on the 18 hole course and once on the par 3.
Breakfast excellent.
Dined twice in the main restaurant, not gastronomic but 7 out of 10.
Room with balcony and dog bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff superb.
Spa very nice.
Everyone was happy, helpful and friendly.
The surrounding grounds manicured and beautiful.
For 72€ a round, the golf was also enjoyable, greens excellent, fairways a little scruffy in places; not epic like Camiral Stadium course or indeed the Tour course but the cost reflected its position in the hierarchy.
A little under 2,000€ for 3 nights all found is a lot but worth it.
Would return again.
