Yes the rooms are small but I knew that! and everything was perfect for us. The staff was amazing!!!!! friendly and helpful. Very clean very quiet. Best coffee machine I've ever encountered at a hotel. Nice and close to everything you would need downtown. 24hr store right at the end of the block. We love this hotel so much we will be back in 5 days to finish our stay in Spain. Meanwhile they are restoring one of our bags until we get back

Would repeat!

I felt very comfortable. The people who run it are very nice and helpful. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. A 10!!

nice small hotel, walk to main sights, a block from Metro station. good value breakfast at 9 euro. nice staff.

Disappointing

The location was great, but that’s where the positive experience ended. The room is very basic, bed is lumpy and plastic tiles in the bathroom were bubbling due to humidity. If the wasn’t bad enough, after spending the whole day out I came back to my door having been left ajar, I just pushed it open so basically anyone could have walked into my room. At the reception they acted as if they didn’t believe me as they said the doors just slam closed, but that clearly did not happen. It was a very unpleasant experience and for 200 EUR per night I’d expect more comfort and better service all round.
