Highly recommended accommodation

Fully recommended. Comfortable, central accommodation with very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and very comfortable room, no noise. Perfect if you go to a concert at the Pelican Room, it's a few minutes away. The truth is that the area is beautiful and very well located because it is a walk from the beaches, the MOP, the Marina area and Maria Pita Square. There are also plenty of options nearby for breakfast and meals at a good price. You can't ask for more! I will repeat

Cheap and well-located pension. The check-in process was somewhat tedious as there is not normally anyone present. I needed to call and wait (maybe 15 minutes?) for someone to come and give me the key. Beyond that, the room and facilities are very dated but everything was mostly clean and functional. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the check-in area. The refrigerator/freezer is in need of a good cleaning as it smalls really bad and the freezer is full of frost/ice. Hairdryers are available but you need to ask for one. The workers are all very, very nice which made ip for those inconvenient things.

AMAZING service

Is it a fancy room? No
Do they get the basics right? Definitely!
Clean, perfect for a short stay.
The best feature, without a doubt, was the service. Even though this location is unmanned, communication was seamless and really friendly. And really helpful!
From helping me to find out how to get from the airport to the location (even called the bus company to check the timetable), to sending you a list of best places to eat in the area, or recommending how to organise your visit to the city.

All fine.....lots of stairs! Shops, banks and restaurants are nearby.
