Fateful
We booked the cave for 7 people, which was the indicated capacity, and only slept 7 people, completely complying with the reservation. Also, the stay was paid for a week, so everything was properly organized on our part.
The unpleasant situation began in the afternoon, when three friends came just to have dinner with us and to spend time, as we were celebrating a friend's birthday. At no time were they going to sleep or occupy reserve places. They just came to dinner and left later.
However, the owners appeared with a very unpleasant attitude, demanding an additional €100 simply because three people were dining with us for a while. From the first moment the tone was very aggressive, talking to us badly, yelling at us and even calling us “children”.
The situation reached such an extent that they decided to call the police. When the officers arrived and saw what was going on, they checked that there was no problem: there was no noise, there was no uncontrolled partying and we were not causing any discomfort. We were just a group of friends gathered quietly.
Even so, the owners remained very unprofessional, insisting that we had not paid for the stay, which was completely false because the accommodation had been paid for a week.
In the end, in order to avoid further arguments and bad times, our three friends had to go out to dinner literally in the street and leave, something that we found a very unfair and very uncomfortable situation.
We understand that each accommodation may have its own standards, but what really surprised us was the way we treated guests. At no time was there any politeness, dialogue or intention to resolve the situation calmly. Everything was managed with screaming, bad shapes and creating a very tense atmosphere.
It was a weekend we had booked to celebrate a birthday and enjoy with friends, and it ended up being a pretty bitter experience because of the owners attitude.
Honestly, for the treatment we received, we would not return or recommend it. Accommodation may have standards, but respect and education for guests should be the minimum.

Watch out because they still leave you on the street with no room
