We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. I normally do not write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves a very good one.
The check-in process was very efficient. They send you two access codes, and in our case we had not received them at first, but we called and within a few minutes they arrived.
The room was perfect for my family of four. It was extremely clean—so clean that we walked barefoot, and our feet stayed clean. The décor looks exactly like the photos, but something you cannot see in pictures is that the cleaning products they use smell very nice without being overpowering. At home, we use fragrance-free cleaning products, so we really appreciated that.
The location is perfect. My 10-year-old daughter and I walked from the hotel to the Alhambra, and it was such a beautiful walk. Along the way there were shops, terraces, ice cream shops, and live music.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall great value. Bedding and towels - excellent. Location 5 stars. Parking is very tight so if you have a bigger car it is a no go. Internet connection could be better.

Room was clean but small. Never met any staff. Property manager made all contact via WhatsApp and access codes sent to us. Good WiFi. All amenities worked. There was no parking (we were told it was full), and we had to park in public garage about a 20 minutes uphill walk from the property location. Located about 15 minutes walk from historic old cathedral. Restaurant Oliver frequented by locals is a great place for breakfast and REAL Andalusian/Spanish meals.

This is the first time I have ever written a hotel review. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I simply cannot let this slide.
First of all, the sewage smell in the whole room was unbearable, to the point where it gave me a headache. It wasn't just at certain times; the awful stench persisted throughout the entire day.
Secondly, there was zero response from the hotel no matter how many messages I sent. If there is no front desk, I believe they should at least be responsive online. I asked a question unrelated to the smell, but received no reply during my entire 2-night stay. The service is truly terrible.
I absolutely do not recommend this place and strongly advise you to avoid it.

This was a really nice stay. The space was clean and everything we needed was provided and the staff were very responsive.
The only thing to note is that this space is extremely small and felt like were in a shoebox.
