Cristina's service at the restaurant was spectacular, and the rest of the stay was fine.
The room was small but adequate, clean and correct. The food in the restaurant was quite good, and Cristina's treatment was spectacular. Overall, it was correct.

A hell of €152 a night
The worst decision to come to this hostel, we booked by Booking a themed room, I call the place directly to know what room I would have and they tell me that they assigned the castle room, it is my son's birthday and I'm happy, we arrived tired of being all day in Warner park, and the first thing a super small dirt car park with petado cars we had to leave the car near the door, arrived at the hostel and it turns out that my room was another nothing castle, tells me the reception room unwillingly says nothing castle and they are full that they can't do anything, that the night costs 152€ because nothing, they give me another, in the room the air conditioning does not work the TV also did not have to raise the aunt several times and the WORST OF ALL the room gives all local where the same hostel celebrated Halloween from 9pm until 11:15pm the music at full volume inside the room, because it was not soundproof, we go up to the reception and tells us that it can not do anything, we go down several times and they tell us that if we want to call the police that they do not turn down the music and the place is from the same hostel, not counting the broken shower and the water came out everywhere, A HELL of 150€ a night, breakfast according to Booking was 5.90 in the place I ask reception and it tells me that breakfast is from 7:30, dawn and we want to leave and go to the hostel and they tell us that they do not have breakfast if anything that pays for it, and we run out! Don't even think about going is disgusting!! Close to Warner Park.

Paper walls. Lots of noise
We slept or so we intended. The very small room where they put three beds and could not open the closet and the entrance door bordered the edge of the bed that if moved could not open the door. But the worst is the noise. Unbearable walls are paper and you hear everything and until 1 in the morning without being able to sleep pq people talking horrible. But at 5 in the morning another room with laughter talking loudly etc... Total that already at 7 o'clock we woke up went to breakfast in the street and left. Terrible stay if you want to rest impossible

We stop here to rest and we weren't able to sleep due to the fact that was kids all over the hall running and yelling until 1 am. This is a hotel for kids to vacation close yo warner park if you want to rest don't go to this hotel.

The room of terror called Suite
As soon as we arrived we asked about the parking and were told it was our problem. There is parking but park as much as you want and they are not responsible for the vehicle, much less that you have room to park since you are a customer. As we entered the suite room what was our surprise to see the room; the smell cast back and the dirt even more. Spiders in the bathtub, lamps with split cables, plugs pulled out, split bed... Short stay if I have to explain the experience. In the early morning and being impossible to sleep and not even breathe the smell of closed and dust we went to speak at reception. Until 9:30 the owner arrived they could not do anything so we returned to the room of terror. Of course we were returned one of the two nights we had paid and thanks to our insistence and the help of Booking... But last night we lost the money and the desire to get back there. That's not counting the lies we had to swallow and the hard time and the shame of finding ourselves in such a situation. Never in more than 20 years traveling has something similar happened to me
