A real Pearl!
What a great hotel! Upon entering, you will be surprised by the serene Mood it exudes. A brocante look & feel, very tastefully decorated. Super spacious room and bathroom. Good and beautiful air conditioning, really literally a work of art (see on photo, above sofa) A very nice reception. Coffee, tea, soft drinks can be taken for free downstairs at the lobby and also the snacks, cakes can be taken for free. Really an unexpectedly beautiful pearl!

I do not recommend it. Rip-off in terms of value for money
BEWARE! They advertise that they have parking and they do not have it. As for the accommodation: it is very noisy, the shower is full of mold, the doorknob falls off
The room in general needs many repairs. Furthermore, there is no physical reception. It is a scam in relation to what they advertise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Stay out!!
Stay out of this dodgy hotel!!!
If I had the possibility to give a minus I would!! Reserved in advance for Christmas day and come to a closed hotel.
Called on the door, the phone and WhatsApp for an hour without no contact. And this at a hotel that claims 24/7 contact!
Thankfully Booking,com took charge and helped us.
But no contact from the hotel manager to excuse our ruined stay in Cadiz.....

Lousy and careless stay
My partner and I stayed last Saturday, September 20th in the room on the ground floor next to reception and we had serious problems when it came to resting because a group of foreigners decided to spend the night in the relaxation area, in the hall, and they were long hours screaming, singing, arguing, etc. without us being able to do anything because we were afraid to face them because we were two women and they were several drunk men. Faced with such a situation, we chose to call the customer service number infinitely and send whatsapps to the number we had been given to explain what was happening to us, but we never got a response. Not even in the morning. Not even two months later, when we have tried to contact them through multiple channels.
Not only were we unable to keep an eye on the whole night after having paid more than high money to be guaranteed rest, but they also do not look after the safety of guests, because if we had ever needed to leave the bedroom, we could have faced a rather violent situation for which there was no solution or response from the Enterprise.
They also do not respond to any message, so I would not recommend to any couple, let alone anyone who paid any price for this stay that they leave totally neglected and in which anyone outside can enter.

It was our first time visiting Cádiz, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well cared for. Even before our arrival, Bartolomé from Palacete De La Alameda stayed in touch, sending us all the information we needed. His dedication and organization instantly made us feel reassured and at ease.
When we arrived, Bartolomé personally greeted us with such warmth and kindness. The place itself exceeded all our expectations — perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was large and elegant, and every detail had clearly been thought through with great care.
From the charming décor and thoughtful touches in the room to the coffee machine, complimentary drinks and snacks, and the clear explanations provided, everything contributed to a wonderfully comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, safe, and full of character.
We wholeheartedly recommend Palacete De La Alameda to anyone visiting Cádiz and will definitely be returning on our next trip.
