This is the second time my parents have stayed at this accommodation and they absolutely love it. They said their apartment was lovely with a great view of the pool area and right beside reception. They said the bar area was great and the staff have all been lovely. The accommodation is also in such a perfect area. Close enough to bars and restaurants but also secluded enough that it's peaceful and quiet. We now understand why this accommodation is rarely available. Everyone loves it so much. We hope when we return back to Tenerife later this year that we can stay here.

Room was clean, aircon in the bedroom was great. The TV I couldn’t get any channels to work. I only stayed 2 nights so wasn’t a big problem but was a little frustrating.

Very satisfied

Beautiful hotel!! The photos on the website don't do justice to the beauty of the rooms and all the comforts they offer. I stayed for a week with my husband and 8-month-old daughter. The apartment had two bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a beautiful, spacious terrace overlooking the pools and the bar/restaurant (with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs with an umbrella). The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances (even a clothes horse on the terrace). Within the residence, you'll find a small supermarket, an adult and children's pool (they provide towels for use in the pool), a bar, a restaurant, and a small play area. The only downside is that the owners are English, and whatever they serve in the bar and restaurant is all English food; you won't find anything typical. Breakfast is sweet and literally nonexistent, except for pancakes. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. Since we have a small child, we requested a crib and a high chair for her to eat in, and they provided them immediately.

Super spot

Enjoyed a lovely stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay.

Bar was closed which we were not notified when we booked, the bar restaurant was one of the main reasons we booked property.
