Exceptional Hygge Experience
Fantastic stay at Ellevilde Boutique Hotel with Kirstine and Kenneth, truly warm, attentive hosts who have created something very special.
The accommodations are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, with quality linens and a great bed that makes it easy to settle in and unwind. Breakfast is included and offers a classic European spread, simple but well executed.
What really sets Ellevilde apart, however, is the dinner experience. If you can secure a reservation in advance, Chef Kenneth offers a single, carefully crafted set menu and it is exceptional. In our view, it’s the best dining option in the area and absolutely worth the extra expense.
Kirstine and Kenneth previously owned and operated the well-regarded Restaurant 56° in Copenhagen, and they bring that same professional polish and hospitality into this much more intimate setting in southern Denmark. They’ve clearly found a rhythm that suits them beautifully.
A small note: the walls are somewhat thin, so you may occasionally hear neighbouring rooms if the house is full. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall experience for us as we travel with custom ear plugs so blocked out any sound.
Overall, highly recommended. A unique blend of boutique comfort, genuine hospitality, and standout cooking in a peaceful setting.

Magical Stay at Møn
What a fantastic great stay. It was so friendly and welcoming to get a tour of the place when we arrived. We got the feeling of being welcome. The garden with the butterfly path charmed us. The food triggered the taste loop and meets all my expectations. Kenneth is a great chef. He comes out himself and explains what is being served. It made us feel important.
But that's not all he is. He's a medical man at Møn! Hans Saunaguss is one of the best I have ever experienced. Here are carefully planned drinks, flavors, and smells that only a chef can put together, which are included in the warmth and humidity of the sauna. Together with the stories that guided us through three sessions, this was complete. I thought this might last a little too long, but wanted more when it was over. Can not get recommended this enough.

Checks all boxes! What a gem!
What a great experience we had at Ellevilde Boutique Hotel. The owners are giving their best to make you feel at home. Kennet,h being the chef cook, makes dining (and breakfast) memorable. But he is also the Sauna master and provides a unique sauna experience with bites, flavors and herbs from the land. What a unique experience! This hotel checks all boxes: Friendly owners: Check, Clean rooms: Check, Great breakfast and dinner: Check, Location: Check, etc. When you are at the island of Møn, book a stay!!!

Great stay - we arrived as guests and left as friends.
We have been traveling to Møn for many years. This time it was special.
A quality that this island needs. Danish coziness paired with fine cuisine. Plus warm hospitality. That is how it should be.
Not to mention the effort to offer all dishes in organic quality.
Beaches, cliffs, Klintholm Haven with the great pub... everything is easily accessible.
Ellevilde wants to become the best hotel on the island. We say. Keep it up.
That will work.
