I have a great stay here! The location is very good, just 10 minutes walk from the subway station and there is airport bus to Incheon which is very useful and convenient to me. Would be grateful if I can stay here again in future!

Excellent location, very close to the bus stop and really good restaurants and caffès. The only downside is that it was a basement so it does feel a bit humid.

The room was great. The bed was comfortable and close enough to two subway stations (equal distance between Hongdae and Hapjeong).
However, my main issue was the bathroom. It was very, very moldy. There were clumps of black mold in all the grout, along the sink, the ground, the walls, everywhere. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which I think caused the problem. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
