I was touched by the kindness of the staff.

It was so nice to spend the summer vacation with my family at Park Hyatt. Everything from the room condition and the kindness of the staff to the cleanliness of the swimming pool was perfect. I want to spend my vacation at Park Hyatt next year too.

Beautiful view, luxury accomodations

The Park Hyatt Busan is located on the marina with beautiful views of the water and Gwangan Bridge. You'll find a walking path along the waterfront that takes you all the way to Haeundae Beach. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean, and the hotel offers an array of 5-star services and amenities.

A top-tier hardware hotel with excellent ocean views in Haeundae

The advantages are the excellent hardware of the hotel and the friendly customer service.
The breakfast restaurants were lined with good quality food, neither too many nor too few.
It was a bit disappointing that the changing/shower area of the pool was small, but the size of the pool and the comfort of the space were good. I also like the great view of the fitness center.

An amazing stay at this hotel

One of best experiences I have had in a hotel. Contemporary and graceful.
The staff is extremely customer service oriented. The entire stay waa relaxing. The rooms are equipped with lots of useful technologies that allow for ease of oriented actions such shade adjustment, sleep modes, night or blackout modes, silence, etc. Lots of things are nearby from mini stores to restaurants. You can also walk the sidewalk from the hotel to a nearby beach. The stay was impressive. They are oriented to make your stay memorable and pleasant. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.
Its almost like a resort stay. Very good for international travel.

Perfect

Excellent overall experience. Location, food, staff, Cleanliness, gym, rooms comfortable. The breakfast was always good.
