挺好的，我最关心的房间的整洁度和用品的齐全度都挺好的，房间宽敞，隔音好，吃的也健康。希望酒店能保持住这个水准，我经常来康巴什。

还好，性价比挺好。卫生条件不错，周边美食众多。靠近鄂尔多斯中医院，305和309公交车站边上。距离鄂尔多斯博物院，太阳广场，成吉思汗广场，图书馆，文化中心，大剧院等非常近，交通特别方便

首先，办入住，明明定的双床房，给开成了大床房，上了11楼又下去重新办。其次，脱了衣服后洗澡水一直没热水，打前台电话，说维修师傅给来看，等了挺长时间才来。再次，第二天早晨没有卫生纸了，去前台要，前台说得等人上班了才能给（7点45分）说还有十几分钟就上班了，我说等着上厕所呢，前台说您在等十几分钟吧，就很无语！后来去停车场车上拿了一些，结果等到十点多还没给送纸，再打前台电话，前台接电话说，没人给他交接这个事，他不知道所以没安排人送，更无语！（体验感太差，本来预订了三天的这个酒店，果断把后面两天的退了，换的别的酒店）最后，入住收了一百押金，退房时说原路返回，当时前台忙，说十来分钟就能退回去，然后我们就离开了，结果等到晚上八点半，还没退回。打电话到前台再次询问，前台说查一下，然后给我的回复是应该退了，我说并没有，他说看着记录是我交的现金，退的现金，更无语，我说我有微信押金记录，你怎么说我交的现金退的现金呢（当时已经超级无语了），他说，再次去核实一下给我回复，结果不到五分钟，钱退到账户，也没有下文了，连个抱歉都没有。请问，我如果忘记追缴，这件事，就这么完了呗？钱也不退了？

不错呢，就是地方有点儿小，有点儿不隔音，床有点儿小，卫浴也不够新，电视还打不开，但是如果只是睡一觉，就可以忽略以上

续住了4天，卫生间整理了毛巾浴巾，地板不拖不打扫，床铺不整理，拖鞋不换不消毒。
管理混乱，房卡副卡押金60，退房时不主动退款还是我返回去要来的。
总之，很烂的酒店
