应该是全新的民宿，装修什么都很好，就是没有洗手的肥皂，床很大，一家三口睡很舒服，离海坛古城很近，走过去很多吃饭的地方

房间面积虚标至少一半，15平米都不到，竟然敢标30平米，屋里一张床和两个床头柜就塞满了。桌椅没有，电视没有，电水壶没有，水杯没有，我就纳闷为什么还收100元押金？难道还能把床扛走不成？wifi断断续续，淋浴水小得可怜。除了办入住，基本不见人影，住两天一切自理，没人打扫卫生也就算了，手纸、矿泉水用完都没处领。退房还不见人，手机退押金，两天倒是真清静，感觉自己像是主人。另外院子太小，位置也不好，没点技术开车进出还是挺费劲的。价格虽说不高不低，但性价比实在太低了。
以上评价仅针对客观条件，店家态度还是很和气的，第二天还给了壶热水。

老板娘热情，漂亮，还会乐器，睡觉安静，离景点比较近，吃饭可以去“古城”里，走路几分钟，餐馆很多，价格还行。

房间很干净，很安静的环境，一家人住的很开心，老板是几个年轻人，很热心，一住下来马上给我们推荐了景点和美食店子，给我们发了攻略！
