Maybe because there are no better hotels nearby, and guests don't have better options, so they don't pay attention to, don't need any service, and don't need any improvement. The staff surnamed Zhao, as a front desk manager, has no sense of service, nor any concept of wanting to improve his work, and he does not know how to communicate with customers. The top-down management is chaotic, like you can't live without it. Not to mention another staff member surnamed Bi, speaking like a leader. These staff members have refreshed my understanding of the ";Guesthouse"; brand. I suggest you go out and learn how other hotels operate, how to pay attention to service quality, and how to deal with customer demands. Otherwise, you are not far from closing down. I’m still arguing about the late check-out. I have repeatedly communicated with many of you, including the front desk management. No one mentioned that the late check-out was due to the tension of the room. , the half-day room fee will be calculated after the time is exceeded, and we have always been like this."; You know how your business is doing this season. I can't meet a few people in the lobby and guest room aisles. I can't see a few people in and out. Now I have to use this as an excuse for bad reviews. The poor open rate? How ridiculous!
