Really cute cozy place nestled in the old town. Very historic building that's been modernised - clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful - great place to stay in the area

Multiple choices of rooms and budgets. LOFT style was fairly room size, 2 air-conditioned units, so there won't be any issues during hot summer. The water dispenser is available on site. Friendly and warm operators would chat and recommend visitors. OOTD 👍 . Location in between the ancient city streets and the main streets public transportation and non touristy restaurants requires foot power, do recommends rent a e-bike from retail shop as meituan ebike zonal restrictions in effect. The toilet area needs some work as water pooling due to the gradient floor, not towards the gutter. Safe area to travel even walking in middle of night.

Cozy room, I chose this room cause of their old house style in Chan Zhou. The owner gave us a verh instruction on how to get the house and its very helpful and friendly owner. The location is very strategic, 牌坊街，广济桥，开元寺 all is in "walking distance.

Location very convenience, nearby alot food & near tourist attraction. Very comfortable & can wash cloth for foc. Owner very friendly, treat me nice tea & chit chat also.

Absolutely great stay! Right in the heart of the old town, in a beautifully kept traditional style building. The rooms are very clean and modern, boasting amenities like Japanese washlets and a projector TV in room. The reception provided me with a list of local food recommendations and specific restaurants to try them at, and send me Chaozhou's shockingly good free tourist miniprogram on WeChat as well, so top service also. Staff may not speak English, I'm not sure as I can speak Chinese. But an absolute steal at this price, highly recommended.
