Absolutely recommended
The place is beautiful. Cozy, romantic. Christian, the owner, very friendly and worried about us. The space with a beautiful view; we got a sunset overlooking the lake and then a very romantic rainy night. The rooms are nice, cozy, everything spotless. Breakfast, kings. Absolutely recommended.

Unusually bad care.
I had a reservation with my lady but when we arrived at 13.30 hrs approx. we were attended by a friendly girl but without knowledge, at that time we were the only passengers of the hotel, but he did not know what our room was and had to call his boss to find out.
Knowing the room I asked to enter it to use the bathroom since we had been traveling 6 hours, which did not allow us until check In.
We asked q for lunch and he told us that there was no lunch because the kitchen staff that day had drawbacks, which we understood but asked for sandwiches since the kneaded bread was in sight, the lady who was attending us replied that she could offer us some cheese and ham, but not the breads (there were 6 ) because those were for after 7 p.m. (yes, also )
Since we could not use the bathroom or eat something, I told him that all that was unusual and that we would leave the hotel, so he called his boss again who was surprised with me why I was upset (no food or bath and with very early booking) and did not understand that they had to be away on a medical stagecoach.
Needless to say, I asked for my money back, which they timely did.
From the hotel we could only know the entrance hall,, simple but nice and the surroundings we could see are nice.
Pity the staff.

Recuerdo perfectamente su visita.
Primero le comento que era el unico huésped en el hostal ya que el check in es desde las 14:00 y lo recibio antes, justamente para no hacerlo esperar.
Nuestro alojamiento es un hostal, no un hotel, este tipo de alojamiento (hostal) no cuenta con el servicio restaurante es por esto además que no existe personal de cocina como usted menciona, pero se le ofreció una alternativa.
Nunca comento telefónicamente la urgencia de usar el baño, solo lo escuché gritar sin control, tratando mal a la persona que lo atendió, es por esto que tuvimos que pedirle que se retirara y que reembolsariamos su dinero, para ojalá no volver a verlo

Perfect accommodations for hike to Cochamo Valley
My husband and I (60-something avid hikers) had a late change in plans to our Chile vacation and stayed here one night before our hike into Cochamo Valley. We were thrilled with the room, incredible views, wonderful breakfast, and attentiveness of Christian to our stay. It was a nice walk to downtown, and there is a restaurant right across the street (closed the day we were there, but we bought food and wine in the little market downtown and ate in the hostel's lovely dining room). We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Super recommended, thanks
Wonderful place in a privileged landscape setting. Beautiful views from the room and common areas. Excellent attention and cordiality from the super welcoming and warm hosts, willing to provide all the information and answer our questions to explore the area, making our trip easier and more pleasant. Impeccably clean and tidy place, the bed was a delight, super good heating with hot water in the bathroom at all times. Super rich and abundant breakfast with kneaded bread made by Yasna as well as cookies and sweets, it shows that everything was done with a lot of love.
Easy access from the main street, located right on the same street that goes up to Golumpios de Cochamo.

Homely sphere like a mountain hut
We stayed in this friendly hostel in a double room with private bathroom.The owner and his wife renewed their hostel recently.Ths lounge has great panorama windows as if you are constantly watching a BBC nature programme.Owner advised us on a nice walk (not too demanding!) to a puente colgante( hanging bridge).It was not too far.Beware you have good walking
