Excellent hotel

Excellent experience in the hotel, we stayed in a nice and spacious superior suite with beautiful view had everything up to whirlpool, slippers , gown, coffee towels , good armchairs and super bed , good breakfasts and very rich pools and attention from the very friendly staff had a great time.

Not bad.

A great hotel with good rooms. Unfortunately, the Nespresso machine did not work. A good coffee lifts the mood :-). However, I am not sure about the water quality of the pool. It has too many pigeons doing themselves amicably by the pool. Seen from above, the water is cloudy. There's potential. The food was excellent even the morning meal was good. The room very spacious, which means you can leave the suitcases open and do not have to do gymnastics.

Average hotel, not 5 star

Not a 5-star hotel by international standards. More like 3+ or4.
Pros:
- 2 pools (1 indoor—requires bathing cap; 1-outdoor)
- Connected on 3rd floor to “The Boulevard” an outdoor shopping center with >10 different restaurants and bars
- Spacious room with nice bathroom
Cons:
- Hot water is not hot, just lukewarm
- Only 2 towels provided
- Outdoor pool lacks sufficient sun umbrellas, I.e. there are numerous chaise lounges but no coverings over them to protect from blazing sun
- Insufficient staffing at front desk during busy check-in/out time so we had to wait 15 minutes to check in

Surprising

Very entertaining hotel with many services, its pools stand out both the seasonal which is ideal for children and older adults, the connection with the outdoor volleyball where there are Italian , Asian , Indu, Peruvian etc. restaurants which allows to explore different gastronomic offers, the same direct connection with the casino , you can rest in the hotel in a relaxed way
