Easy to find, very clean room (but not soundproof so a bit noisy), efficient check-in and responsive online support. 20-25 min walk to old Quebec.

Good but

Hotel a bit away from the center in the lively Saint-Roch neighborhood with many restaurants. The walk to the center is very easy (20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace).
Many comments mention the homeless; they are in all parts of the city but do not cause any problems.
The reception is virtual; you receive the codes and instructions by email.
No breakfast, but you have a coffee machine in the apartment and a 10% discount at a very good coffee shop.
No elevator, so be careful if your suitcase is heavy.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
We were in 303, which is right above the ventilation for the restaurant downstairs, and without double glazing. The noise is loud. Even if it stops early in the night, it is extremely annoying.
The windows do not open; the air is only refreshed if you turn on the air conditioning.
But overall, we had a good stay.

My room and the location were great, but the check-in process was confusing and frustrating.

Check-in was so easy online you don’t have to deal with people. Everything was done perfectly. They sent us the codes right away like the room was so nice so clean and a very cool area of Quebec city very walkable to downtown or old Quebec honestly with 100% recommend.

Invisible Rose Hotel Quebec; think about it before going there.

Deficient service (mainly by text) to correct the problems encountered.
No clear instructions in the room regarding WIFI/parking/etc.
Nightclub noise until the early hours of the morning and defective AC.
