Wonderful Hotel with perfect location and great food on site. Close to the Banff action!

Clean hotel in downtown Banff. The Fat Ox restaurant on-site was excellent for quality and options. Good wait staff! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna is included in the rate and was very convenient and relaxing.

The rooms are fairly large, clean and comfortable. The pool areas and restaurant/cafe were also major highlights.
Staff very helpful and courteous
The location was perfect. About a 3-5 minute walk to the main strip with transit, shopping and restaurants.

Great service

This Hotel was very good
We had made a mistake with our booking but Glorian and others on the front desk sorted us out so our stay was a happy one for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Comfortable beds and pillows, tidy rooms, and a decent coffee shop downstairs. Also the pool facilities were very enjoyable
Overall a very comfortable stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if I revisit Banff

Banff boutique getaway

Clean & new, well maintained. Staff very responsive and attentive to customers. Well positioned. Away from major crowds but in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to majority of hiking trails.
The downsides are the extra small bathrooms which makes it more difficult for families with small kids, no on-site breakfast options (there is a coffee shop downstairs), and small pool which should be more tightly regulated to monitor for proper use of the facilities.
Would definitely be interested to go back!
