DON'T GO EVEN THE POLICE WON'T DO ANYTHING

The housekeeper never came to my room in all the time that I was there, and a guy from the reception stole my credit card for 7000 dollars, and the security did not do anything. Dont go to that hotel; it's the worst nightmare. i request for the security camara they refuse even to call the police

Don’t go

The most dirty hotel in Bulgaria, we wait awake the time to live. My daughter was so afraid of a big bug and she couldn’t sleep. Of course there was a saouna in my room which of course didn’t work. I don’t know if the staff was polite because nobody in this country is polite

Rude staff, horrendous rooms. Just… no.

The room I was given smelt strongly of sewerage. To the point where I had to spray perfume every few minutes to mask it. I went to complain but the person on the night desk didn’t speak English. The internet also didn’t work within the room. I’ll also mention that the beds are extremely uncomfortable, very old yucky linen, dusty curtains. There was rubbish in the drawers in the bathroom, and these drawers were wet? Somehow?
On the second night I asked to change rooms. They initially offered me one on the second floor. I explained that I have issues with stairs because of my knees. I’m a big girl and the receptionist just laughed at me for being “fat and lazy”. This really upset me. I decided then that I wanted to check out a night early.
They eventually gave me another room on the ground floor (with no hot water) and I was told I would get a refund for the night I was no longer using. When I asked for this to be processed he yelled at me and told me to speak to the manager in the morning.
I went down to check out and the manager was more interested in getting me a cab than giving me my refund. I asked over and over and over and he just ushered me out of the building. When I complained on booking.com, they ignored me. I left a review. They got mad about the review and now are ignoring me again.
I have NEVER been treated so badly at a hotel. It was absolutely shameful and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

the worst hotel of my life for 50€ Per night

Blond on the wall from bathroom, the fridge is absolutety infected, mold on the ceiling and walls, the mattress stained with something dubious,the toilet is stained with something yellow, the smell is insuportable and at the window is spiders.

The worst hotel

First of all they are very bad at communication. The rooms are not nice at all and very dusty. I could not stay there because I was having allergy reaction. When I asked for my money back for the remaining nights, they refused. The cleaning lady also stole my iPhone changer. They made my stay in Sofia terrible. It’s a place that would be avoided!!!
