Great Stay, Top Location

Stayed here as part of 7 day Ski trip to Banko. The managers kept us some food on checkin as the restaurant was closed and were helpful all the way through the stay. They asked if they could put on different food for dinner in the evenings as we didn’t always eat in the Hotel as we were meeting other friends. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and the pool and sauna was just what was needed each day after a day on the slopes. We were a family group of 8 and we would all stay here again. It is also very convenient for the gondola and local shops restaurants. Approx 5 mins walk each morning to Gondala which was brilliant.

Ski break in Bansko

Hotel was very clean and we got plenty of use of the pool and spa after returning from the slopes. Dining area was good and the breakfasts were just what was needed. The dinners were just ok with limited choice. We walked up the street one evening and had a brilliant meal at a reasonable price. Partly to see a bit of life, as the hotel is quiet. The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to all the ski hire shops and the Gondola station.

Traditional style hotel, nice breakfast and SPA Center located near the

Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Nice breakfast&dinner. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds.
We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day.
I would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodation for a ski holiday

We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was quite random, but we all enjoyed it every morning. The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there.
The location is perfect. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too.
The only cons really were that we weren’t sure which room we actually booked as this wasn’t very clear when booking. I managed to get in touch with the hotel and they confirmed this for us. Also there’s no kettle in the room, we bought our own travel one.
100% recommend for a ski holiday.

We couldn’t see if the staff members were the owner

Staff who don’t laugh, talk, see what you’re doing here (especially those in the breakfast room)
Remember, you earn money from Turks
The hotel’s 50% of Turkish customers only work for British.
I only rated the location, spa, and room.
Half success is quality of work!
