Everything was ok except it will be better if reception can check the ordering details during check in.

The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient.

Bathroom fan is on 24/7.
Shower doors broken won’t close.
Lack of hot water (6 min max).
Extremely Leaky toilet.
Leaky bidet hose.
Broken air conditioner remote.
Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night.
Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water.
Lacking “do not disturb” door sign.
Loud sounds from water pipes.
Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate.
Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only.
Stray dogs wandering around.

Temporary Stay in Not Strategic Location

Room condition is average and bathroom is quite smelly. Location is not strategic and quite far from another location, just have few restaurant and shop but nearby to one shopping mall which quite convenient.

Business

I’d stay for 14days self isolation for MOH requirement to control the spread of COVID19. Hotel amenities are good and well clean. Definitely a recommended place to stay when visit in Brunei. Hotel Staff are very accommodating especially to the Front Desk Staff Ms. Darlyn.... it’s a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rate for you for accommodating our needs
