excelente pousada

Averagely good experience

It's a good place but not for many days. The room is small, the service and attention not very good. We asked for several things to help us get a transfer, they stayed to help us and they didn't. We value breakfast, although it has almost no fruit or variety, it is complete. A good thing is the location, you go to a very beautiful beach.

Required maintenance

What is worth it are the kitchen and reception staff, especially the wonderful Juan. The location is also good. Furthermore, urgent maintenance is needed, especially in apartment 01, where I stayed. Strong musty smell, infiltration in the bathroom, everything was very humid. On the last day, they forgot to clean the room.

Bad accommodation

Simple guesthouse, but completely abandoned. Not to mention the lack of politeness of the employees. They don't know how to work with the public. I stayed in October/23 and had a terrible experience. Reception was what left the most to be desired, I received very poor service. I tried to negotiate a room change and the reception employee was super rude and rude.
Not to mention that after 10pm the inn is closed and no one is left, completely abandoned. The people who keep the keys to the gate.
Reasonable breakfast, I expected more.

Baixissíma pressão no lavado e chuveiro.
