A highly recommended hotel

The hotel has very nice facilities, very clean. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant food is excellent, varied and very good quality. The service is unbeatable, I especially mention the bartender Roberto for his courtesy and good vibes.

We like it!

Very well located hotel, perfect structure with restaurant, cold and heated pool, bar service all day. We stayed in the luxury room in front of the sea, whose view is privileged, the room is wide and well lit, with acoustic insulation when closing the door of the bag. Sitting in the bag the feeling is to be on the beach! We were very well served by all staff, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning.. Coffee with varied items, wonderful. We picked up the half pension package, which included lunch, we found the food delicious and the fat portions. Only bad observation, was the absence of cart to load the bags, although the reception staff were very helpful to assist us.

The place is simple, clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is of excellent quality.
Would be again without a doubt.

Beautiful dawn

We found the hotel very nice. Located less than 200m from Prainha, close to good restaurants, the service is cordial, breakfast cafe with quite a variety. Thermal and outdoor pool. They offer beach chairs, towels. For the thermal swimming pool you can request clothes from the hotel. We loved it!!

Deception and discriminatory treatment.

Very good place, but we had problems with the Christmas dinner. We stayed in the hotel flat and when we arrived for dinner we were surprised by the discriminatory treatment of hotel guests. We pay the same or even higher prices as the hotels. The occupants of the flat were placed on tables outside the restaurant, separated from the rest. Even the decoration of the tables was different. We booked a large table 2 days before dinner. We were in 8 people. When we arrived, we were placed outside. We made the complaint to Maitre that nothing resolved. We complained to the Manager when we went to check out and it was useless. It was very unpleasant.
