Amazing customer service!!!!
I want to sincerely thank both Leo and Caio for the exceptional service you provided during my stay at the Martinelli residence.
Leo, as the manager, was always available to assist with any questions and clearly has a passion for his work. He takes incredible care of the property, and the room was spotless, housekeeping service was outstanding.
Caio was also very friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate everything you both did to make my stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island in the future. Thank you again for making my experience so special!!

Unresolved cleanliness problem and lack of solution
Upon arrival at the Residence Martinelli, we had to pay for the entire stay (4 nights) immediately, which may already be surprising, but we did not pay more attention to the moment.
On the other hand, the real unpleasant surprise came from the bathroom: very unpleasant smell, cleanliness clearly insufficient, with in particular traces of mold and hair visible on the toilet. We reported the problem, very politely upon arrival and requested a cleaning. Probably too polite because no improvement: only difference, the window had been opened to mask the smell.
The next day, we insisted a second time on the need for real cleaning and left all day to visit. When returning late at night, the result was unfortunately identical (see photos taken, after two explicit requests for cleaning so).
Faced with this situation, we decided to leave the establishment and find another accommodation. We then requested a refund for the two nights not used. We were denied this, with a different justification for each boost — the most surprising being that our requests for cleaning would not have been clear enough. However, it is difficult to imagine that a customer has to specify that he wants a clean bathroom, without visible mould or dirt!
Despite Booking’s insistence, no commercial solution was offered.
The establishment seems to be relying on its good grades, which we personally find very difficult to understand after this experience. Perhaps this was an isolated case — but in this case, it would have merited a commercial gesture for – at least – the two nights not spent.
In summary: our room was horribly dirty and was not properly cleaned despite our requests. No commercial gestures made despite insistent requests. Hyper disappointing and completely unprofessional! If you choose this property, pray you don't have a problem because customer service is non-existent.

Sad.
The staff / owners are very attentive and respond quickly to any requests, but there is something that anyone needs to know, the map shows the wrong location of the guesthouse, it is not as close to the beach as they say, it is on the BR side.
Between two homes of local residents who make a lot of noise in the morning during the weekend. But what really made me sad was that I requested a 1 hour late check-out due to the flight and I was denied, I thought it was because I would have another guest but after I came back from lunch to pick up the luggage at the reception I went to the room to see if the door was open to use the bathroom and when I entered was the way I had left...

Great location!! Better cost-benefit!
The location of the Inn is the best possible. It is located in Flamboyant Square, in the Villa of Medicines. The dogs, middle and conception beach can be visited on foot (the last two, access is through the dog beach when the tide is low).
The room is exactly as in the photos, with new equipment (fridge bar, TV, SKY, bed and air conditioning).
Highlight for internet that works perfectly.
There is no breakfast, but the Inn has a kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, nespresso, sandwich, kitchen utensils and the like, which perfectly covers the needs of making a coffee or snacks.
In addition, he borrows beach chairs and sunbeds (this is not recommended, the beaches sold a lot and the sunbeds couldn't sustain themselves), but the chairs were great, because on any beach you visit that has sunbeds, you pay for the use. For example, on the beach the dog costs R$50.00 (picture of the menu with the prices of the tent that has on the beach); on the beach of cacimba was R$100,00.
The host, Caio, is very helpful, polite and always willing to indicate other service providers, such as tours, snacks, restaurants, marmitas...
I recommend all the Inn, and if you return to the island I will definitely stay at Martinelli.
It is close to shops, restaurants and the hospital.
In the square, we ate a hamburger at the Bulls (photo). ~R$70,00
Down the street, there's Sergio Noronha's restaurant, called Dona Ostra. Great place with fair price and cold beer... Including, with happy hour from 18:00 to 19:00 ( Photos with Sérgio and wife Sueli, and the dish we ordered: roasted fish).
Later, next to the beach, there is the restaurant Cacimba, with salty prices, and we don't like much of the moqueca (photo of the dish) and the drink (Rugido do leão: taste of novalgina...seriously), but worth the visit.
At the entrance of the dog beach, there is the Bar do Cachorro, very traditional in FN, with lively nights (foto of the toast)!! We went and we liked it!

Excellent Inn with great cost benefit!
The Inn is opposite Flamboyant Square, in Villa dos Remédios, the best location on the island, close to the market, several restaurants and the dog beaches, middle and Conceição. You can do the main things on foot!
Although the Inn does not have breakfast, it has a well-equipped shared kitchen with stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric and capsule coffee maker (nespresso), among other necessary utensils. In addition, they provide coffee, sugar, salt, milk powder, chocolate so you can use.
For those who want more convenience, they indicate a person who prepares the coffee, according to what you choose, and delivery at the Inn.
As for the room, it is very comfortable, has a nice size and has TV, fridge bar, air conditioning, shelf and private bathroom!
And the best of all is in the receptivity of Caio and Léo, who helped us close the tours and passed us several important information and tips!
When we return to Fernando de Noronha, we will definitely stay here!
