Filthy and worn out.

One of the worst Pool Day / Beach Party resorts we have ever been to.
£80 or 40bd just for entry. Nothing included.
The resort / beach/ pool area is bsolutely filthy. Broken umbrellas everywhere. All sun chairs had torn covers or no covers on them. Subbed were damaged or dirty. Towels had holes in and were stained. Toilet seats hanging off. Rubbish and dirty bins everywhere.
Cigarette butts strewn around. People throwing cigarette butts into the beach pool!
Staff were trying their best. Facilities were dismal.
It’s just poor all round. Needs a complete revamp.

Very Disappointing Experience

A very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and lacked credibility. The rooms and furniture were in poor condition and clearly need maintenance and renovation. The price is not at all justified by the level of service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Horrible Experience

I stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I was bitten multiple times by what appeared to be bed bugs. I reported the issue to the hotel staff immediately and requested to be moved to another room, but my request was denied.
Not only was this uncomfortable and upsetting, but it also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. I expected the management to take the issue seriously and provide a reasonable solution, but unfortunately that did not happen.

Avoid, dishonest and not operationally ready.

We came to that resort after first bombardments as it was low key and in residential area. Resort ensured us that everything is open and operational.
It wasn’t true, almost nothing worked: pools, restaurants, spa closed. Even TV did not work for whole our stay, electricity is a nightmare, constant problems with contacts and lights.
Morover rooms have many windows so very bad in case of missiles nearby.
What was the worst is that we were lied to: receptionist told us that we will get 50% refund as so many faults in the hotel. When we left I asked them to pay back 50% of prepayment and got 0. Dishonest and not operational. Avoid!
