Good experience

The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent, with cold cuts and scrambled eggs.

Good alternative

Highly recommended hotel. Very good staff treatment, very comfortable superior room, everything works. Good heating in the room and hot water in the shower all day. It is in the centre of Villa Maria, metres from restaurants and confectioneries. It has parking in the hotel, included in the rate.

Ok

Very small room but to be honest if it's clean and close to shops and such I have no problem. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. We loved this place. I would stay again. Staff were friendly and prompt. Nice little town.

Disappointed

I picked this hotel based on the classification and the pictures I found in the web. Unfortunately pictures can show whatever you want. My stay was really disappointing. First of all the heating system was on and I was unable to sleep, very small rooms and heating system was the hell. On the other hand the Internet was only working on the lobby. Finally I have to say that they have to dramatically improve the rooms to get to the level of quality they are pretending.

Other Reviews Way Too Harsh

Again, not a Hilton, but not half bad either. Clean rooms, updated bathrooms, comfy beds. Microscopic TV, pretty small room, but can't say too much else bad.
The breakfast had some great facturas. Overall a nice stay.
