Lovely apartment BUT.......

We can't fault the apartment at all, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts (Amp Promocions) however are extremely poor, rude and communication is virtually non-existent. We were worried before we travelled, and we were right. We had to contact Airbnb support as we were being asked to pay a 100 euro deposit direct to the apartment reception, we weren't able to check in without paying it. Airbnb confirmed that they were breaking their terms and conditions as all security deposits should go through Airbnb. We paid it anyway because we didn’t want the whole family to be left stranded without accommodation. We were assured that it would be refunded on our day of departure. Now nearly 3 weeks on and after numerous messages on the Airbnb app, Facebook, website and mobile, we have had no refund or explanation as to why it hasn't been refunded, we left the apartment very clean and tidy. This is theft. Do not use these hosts at all costs, it's just not worth it. Very poor service and they should not be allowed to use Airbnb, Booking.com, Hotels.com, please see their TripAdvisor scope. I will be reporting them again.

Scammers. Don’t go.

Charged us £150 euro deposit which we aren’t getting back and the phone number now does not exist.
Extremely poor communication from the host, and won’t let you have the keys to stay without paying the deposit which they take from you.
Do not stay here! Plenty of lovely places nearby

Not an honest deal. DONT GO!

Unfortunately they dont play it fair. I made a reservation but they wanted to charge me extra 35 euros for a MAYBE half an hour late check out which I didnt even know if I was going to be late, just a traffic guess! I was kind to let them know and they were absolutely unpolite. Every inn would be pleased to help.
I then decided to cancel and even though I AM 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF MY ARRIVAL they said they will charge me 40 euros for the cancel !
I think this is how they make money. I am so dissapointed. Would never reccomend. If I had read the other reviews before! Dont be naive like me, book something else!

Nous respectons votre opinion , cependant a savoir , lors de votre reservation , toutes les informations sont claires , heures d' entrée a respecter ainsi la notification de demandes particulières hors contrat peuvent être facturable -
Vous avez choisit également un contrant non remboursable ( promotion )
A savoir également ,notre établissement peut vous accueillir avant 22h EN CAS DE PROBLEME
Pour une bonne organisation de voyage sans stress , nous vous invitons a vérifier tous vos contrats et conditions avant de reserver ( idem pour l'aeroport , l'avion ne vous attendra pas :)
Nous regrettons votre commentaire avant d' avoir resider dans notre établissement , mais c'est la tendance actuelle fakenews .....NOUS VOUS INVITONS SUR BOOKING;com POUR DE RELLES IMPRESSIONS

Penthouse Pal

Great property, lots of space and very peaceful. It is just under 3 kms from Erts but road not suitable for walkers. Bus service is not frequent so a car might be required however bus arrives promptly as per schedule. We were skiing so got bus to Erts and FreeBus to Arinsal and La Massana.

BE CAREFUL!!!

I cannot say that the apartment is bad at all, cause it is a good apartment, but I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH WITH THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED. But, I didn't like the way the person who was in charge of the welcoming and the check out did not ask me when arraging the check-in for permission to charge the price of the bill, I could have paid in cash or used any other credit card. I am totally aware She is not obliged to do it but its is polite to do so, She did not gave the option. Moreover, when checking out she did not checked the apartments with us for the return of the deposit. She did not gave us the option either. We asked whether it was necessary for us to go with her and she said it was not necessary. To our surprise she has only returned 150 out of 200€ deposit according to her because we moved some dishes from one apartment to another. We rented two apartments ( from which we only use one for cooking and eating) we were careful to leave 6 pieces of each diches and cutlery and glasses since the apartment was for 6 people. We took the time to return the chairs we used to each apartment and we left the breakfast dishhes undone since we had already pre paid 35€ per apartment for the cleaning, it was a group of 11 women who are clean and tidy so we took very care of the place. We only stayed for one night. So we are being overcharged 50€ because we moved some dishes for dinner which we returned back to place the next morning. But apparently we dind't put the dishes the way she expected and for this reason she charged 50€. On top of that, She said some linen were dirty I suppose from the shower only a fewe of us took. I assume that if we cook, kitchen cloths get ditrty, but again I should remind that we paid extra 35€ per apartment (one kitchen of them was not used at all) . I should remind her that We paid 35€ for the cleaning extra cost from the booking reservation.
All in all, I feel tricked and defrauded.
I would nerver recommend the place, not because of the apartment itself which is a good one, but because of the treatment and post overcharge we unfairly received.

Nous vous remercions de votre commentaire cependant si les appartements avaient été corrects a votre départ , vous n'auriez pas réglé 25 euros par appartement supplémentaires pour le ménage de fin de séjour ( stipulés clairement sur les carnets de bords et les conditions signées en reception
mais , nous avons heureusement peu de probléme de ce genre en considérant 97 % des clients booking.com satisfaits de leur séjour -
