Gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Airfryer, Toaster, Kochfeld usw...
Beide Zimmer hatten einen grossen Fernseher, was für uns aber irrelevant war.

Support is not available:) If your online checkin doesn't work then... well. Who needs a roof over their head?
According to the website, check-in is possible from 3pm. I filled out the online check-in completely and did not receive a key code. The portal shows "Room not yet finished". The hotline just redirects you to an artificial intelligence that promises to call you back. It took us 1 1/2 hours to call back and we were already 20 minutes in front of the hotel. No one responded via email or WhatsApp (which are also indicated as contact options). Except for a lukewarm apology, there was nothing but compensation, according to the lady she had "called back three times", however, I only received one call?
From 7:30 a.m. the work was done in the neighbouring rooms and from 8:30 a.m. the holiday-appropriate drill noises were made:)
I don't criticize the general self-checkin here, our subsequent hotel had a similar system, but everything worked smoothly and you actually got a real person on the phone!

Nice relaxing stay in the Harz
Price quality ratio
Very good
Stay in apartment number 4, which are each deposited with names >> 'Narrow gauge railway'.
The whole stay was very nice again. The apartment was very large, almost like an apartment (bathroom, dining room, kitchen, living room & bedroom).
The items in the apartment were all kept very modern, clean and everything worked.
A hot air fryer, dishwasher, were available and I found this to be very good.
But there were two shortcomings during my stay:
1) construction work took place, in the 1. Upper floor - there has been a refurbishment, which the work started very early with chisel hammers, drilling and so on. There was nothing in here with sleeping in and unfortunately the night was over.
2) the toilet brush is urgently worthy of replacement. This once had white bristles, but these are now strongly brown in color and the toilet brush simply looks disgusting.
In summary:
It was again a very nice relaxing stay and I would be back next time :-)

There is no contact person on site as it is a contactless check-in/check-out.

Locationally a bit off the beaten track, you have to walk a lot before you get to the nearest supermarket, bakery.
Wernigerode city center also quite far away, only by public or car it is practical and meaningful.
Pros: You are a bit secluded and have time for yourself to come clean.
Best of all: the Harz narrow gauge railway passes right outside the window - for me as a railwayman :-) turbogeil.
