Very nice and well maintained house

The "Dörnersches Haus" is very nice and well maintained house.
We stayed there in the attic and had a nice and large room with balcony.
We slept wonderfully.
For breakfast we had to go about 100m into a coffee and could choose a breakfast there. This was very good and the service very friendly.
We will come back.

Breakfast in a separate coffe shop a few minutes away on the main city street was good.
No cleaning products in the shower. Old German house with ok beds. Only one pillow and very warm without AC. Parking on the street was scary when the car is full of belongings.

We had a great stay at this place. Erwin was very proactive, friendly and responsive. The place and neighborhood was cute. The building is a historical one. The place was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast organized by Erwin at one of theblocal bakeries.

The building and room are very old, but nice, and that is what I wanted. However, the reception was at a travel agency two blocks away, and the breakfast was two blocks away. Fortunately, it was not raining. All the staff were very friendly. I wanted a hotel south of Heidelberg, in a small town setting. This hotel was easy to find, just off a main road south of Heidelberg. The shower was very small, which is typical of very old buildings.

Beautiful structure from th 1700s. Complete with low ceilings. However, wonderful lighting, wi-fi, TV and outlets on every wall. The owner wants the guests to know that everything will be taken care of. He took a very hand on approach to our feeling comfortable and welcome.
