Small but fine ❤️

Very nice little hotel with restaurant in the basement. Family-run, you immediately feel comfortable. Rooms are perfectly adequate, clean and modern.
We felt very comfortable. Breakfast has to be booked for this, was small but fine. Totally sufficient. Restaurant from offer price / performance top and very tasty! We loved it!

Hotel with breakfast was ok

Clean rooms
Service in the evening grumpy
The food ..
Texas skillet almost only sauce from a packet .. almost only beans, beef not to be found .
The fish was thawed at the last minute, was still watery, the salmon was also too salty .
You say something . the answer is, it's just like that ..
The neighbors also had a burnt pizza.

Terrible!

Unable to contact the hotel. No English. All calls are connected to answering machines. No reply to E-mail. G-mail address as the official contact route. Katastrof. Stay away!

Top hotel for a short stay

Even though the occasion was a sad one - we had to go to a funeral - we had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel Soltau. The rooms were as good as new and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet met all expectations. Overall, a top value for money.

No charm but modern and clean.

Stayed here for one night to visit the Panzer Museum in Munster. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable but very little charm. No elevator. Breakfast was not included, we did not use the restaurant. Parking is onsite and free.
There is no check-in desk, we had to go to the restaurant to find help with checking in.
Good hotel for a one night stay.
