Everything was clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy. Breakfast was very good with both German and American available. Staff was friendly

Short stopover - ideal for 1-2 nights

For a short stay a great location! There are various interesting themed rooms where there is something for everyone. The check-in was straightforward and the staff very friendly!
Breakfast for the price more than sufficient, as drinks are also included.
We would definitely come back!

Discovered during a trip to accompany our Son to his installation in the city.

Bad bad road stop Mettmann!

You book a month in advance, drive there, and the room you booked has a broken hot tub, which the team knows. The boss has you checked in and doesn't mention it. You try to get that thing on for half an hour, time goes by, and you ask. Of course, the boss is gone, and suddenly they say the hot tub is broken, which is known. Time away, day away – the worst hotel there is! No remorse, no insight, no apology – just the offer to accommodate us on price, which is cheekiness. Don't go there, ever!
