Small and nice hotel
Breakfast was a nice selection of cereals, bread, bread rolls, toast, sweet and cheese/meat option. There was Joghurt, juices, nice selection of tea and a modern coffee Maschine with different options. Eggs were made to order.
Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful in case of questions. They allowed me a very early check-in for instance, since I needed to get to a birthday party on time from which I came back after check-in hours. Alternatively, they also have an outside safe to make room keys available after hours.
Two minor downsides: reception area was a bit chaotic, seems like they did not get around to that one yet for renovations. And, probably due to the hot, humid weather, the room smelled slightly dampy - a room refresher would have done the trick

Business only
Good for a 2-3 days business trip, asia imbiss and supermarket at 5mn (walk) ,S-bahn at 15 (walks), bus stop next to the hotel. Parking dangerous, control in the street starting at 7:30 or 8:00 , Wake up early or don't park in front of the hotel in the street ;) !
