Bad, no 3 star hotel
Only 2 nights in room D3 on the 3rd floor: a catastrophe room/bathroom!: everywhere dirt, cigarette butts on the floor, mold (ceiling, window, shower, etc.), in the wardrobe - spider web, dirt and no space for our clothes - there are cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner;
a bed, the shower door, the bathroom lamp, the table are broken, COLD WATER in the shower, no heating, no lamp in the bathroom- instead a construction site lamp with broken cable in the socket (only 1 socket!), the mattress and pillows are very old and uncomfortable.
After complaints (by phone and email) we get another room no.21 on the ground floor after 2 terrible nights:
was better - hot water, clean (cleaned), all the lamps and the sockets there.
Nevertheless: Mold in the bathroom, the shower door is broken (doesn't close), the mattresses and pillows are also very old and uncomfortable, the windows - too street and noisy, you can't open the windows (only in the morning maybe), but that wasn't very important, we could finally (after 2 days) take a warm shower.
So, this is definitely not a 3 star hotel.
Watch out if someone wants to book a room here: Attic and basement - disaster,
Ground floor - definitely better (hot water, heating works, cleaned), 1. Upstairs and 2nd floor - not always hot water, broken shower door, smell of smoke in the room etc. (according to other residents).
Parking- in the yard, free of charge, without reservation.
There is no one at the reception, only at certain times (approximately 14 o'clock), otherwise- only someone can be reached by phone.

It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again.
